The fastest way to place an order is via our website. We've added tons of useful features to help ensure the information you need is available, including real-time inventory, automatic quantity based discounting, individual accounts with order history, wholesale accounts, etc. If you have a special request, require graphic design, or would like to place an order for custom printed or embroidered goods send us an email with a description of the items you are looking for. Be sure to include: colors, sizes, quantities, styles, and any artwork.
Orders are sent to production only after all details have been finalized and payment has been made. Most orders are completed within a day or two of our recieving blank apparel, proof approval, and payment. PRODUCTION DOES NOT START UNTIL WE HAVE THESE ITEMS. You will recieve an email when your order is completed and ready for pick-up and/or shipping.
Our websites ONLY allow for .png files to be uploaded. This does two things: It ensures that no information is lost (like embedded fonts) and it ensures no color information is lost, ensuring that you get exactly what you uploaded. DO PAY ATTENTION TO THE DPI ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE. This is realtime information letting you know what the print quality of your image is going to be. If you need help with this STOP and email us. Wholesale accounts are available if you can provide Sales Tax Exemption Forms (like an ST-5) we can set your account up with tax exemptions as well as at a higher discount tier. Once setup you'll just want to make sure you are logged in when assembling your online order. You may not see the greater discount on product pages, but you should see the correct pricing in your shopping cart.
Orders placed on our website are subject to our best pricing. Ensure you have logged in with the email address we have on record to make sure your account level pricing is displayed PRIOR to checking out. If something doesn't look right, reach out.

We will happily blind ship on your behalf. There are a few ways to accomplish this. When submitting your order select the "I'll provide a label" option. When you recieve your order confirmation email, reply to it with your UPS label. Alternatively, you can provide us your UPS account number and we'll ship third party, or Contact us and let us know this is a blind ship order. We'll collect the details and ensure your order goes out without our name on it.
