  • We’ll swap W-9s and finalize your account
  • Then you’re ready to roll

How to order

Option 1: Email

Best for: Complex jobs, artwork edits, or special handling.

Send us an email with:

  • Artwork (300 dpi PNG w/ transparent background)
  • Garment info – style, color, size breakdown
  • Print locations – left chest, back, etc.
  • In-hand date (when you need it)
  • Ship-to name and address

Have a UPS account?
We can blind-ship using your account number.

Option 2: Self-Service Portal

Best for: Fast, straightforward orders with clean artwork.

Visit pod.gojdc.com and:

  • Select “I'll supply the blanks” if you’re supplying blanks
  • Or choose from the full S&S Activewear catalog
  • Enter quantities, colors, and sizes
  • Upload high-res PNG (300 dpi, transparent background)
  • Add print locations and notes
  • Include your email for account pricing

Account Setup

Proofs & Approvals

  1. Submit order info via email, portal, or integration.
  2. We send a digital proof & quote.
  3. Approve by payment or issuing a PO.

When supplying blanks, include your job or PO number on the box so we can route it instantly.

Production & Turnaround

We typically produce transfers the same day an order is confirmed — so decoration can start the moment your blanks arrive. Fast is normal here.

If there’s an issue with blanks or production:

2% spoilage is standard. Anything beyond that, we’ll refund or replace — your choice.
